SHIPPING & RETURNS
HEY! WHERE'S MY ORDER?
All orders may take up 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email that will confirm your order has shipped, containing your personal tracking number.
Please, keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your order, please allow 48 business hours for a new update to be shown.
You do have the option to request email/text message notifications directly from the USPS website to receive alerts from your order through its journey to you.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING:
Please, be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (not including weekends nor holidays).
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.
All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:
USPS Mail: (5-7 business days)
USPS Expedited mail: (3-4 business days)
*Signature is not required upon delivery of any packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Lavished Brand understands that ordering online is not always the easiest task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit.
Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, & undamaged.
If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receiving, email us within 8 hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
All items are returned to Lavished at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, & REASON FOR THE RETURN.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable & not applicable to your store credit.
